Bonaire

Come join us on our annual summer trip to the unique island of Bonaire located 40 miles off the coast of Venezuela. The reason Bonaire is also known as the “Home of Diving Freedom” is the spectacular shore diving. Jump in your vehicle and explore any of the 60 well-marked shore diving sites at your leisure. With our boat diving package, we can explore the underwater wonders of Klein Bonaire Island just offshore. Topside activities include windsurfing, exploring caves, hiking, and more. Our midweek Beach BBQ & Bonfire will be epic as usual. We will be staying at Captain Don’s Habitat where you can shore dive right off their dock.

*****Truck rentals: Budget our regular truck rental center on Bonaire almost doubled their rental rates from $307.00 to $550.0+ this year. This is unacceptable for our group. After much correspondence, we were very lucky to secure a rental contract for 15 twin cab trucks with Avis at $285.62 for the week (taxes included). You will not pay Ultimate Scuba directly like in previous years but pay at the Avis counter upon arrival on August 6th and add the insurance coverage of your choice at that time. We designated one truck per condo. FYI cars are not allowed in the national park or to be used for diving in case you shop for “deals”. Take the Avis deal and run with it. All trucks are manual transmission.
