Please come and join us for a trip of a lifetime to the “Mexican Galapagos” …the Socorro Islands. Officially known as the Revillagigedo Archipelago this is a group of four volcanic islands in the Pacific Ocean about 250 miles off the coast of the southern tip of Baja California literally in the middle of nowhere. This is a paradise for many large species of pelagics such as hammerheads, silky, silvertip, and white tip sharks, humpback whales, dolphins, and the star inhabitants of these islands the giant Pacific Manta Rays. Visibility ranges from 50 – 150ft and water temp between 70F – 80F.

The weeks around our trip are called “Bait ball Season”. Research indicates that there are more giant mantas and more biomass at Socorro during bait ball season than at any other time of the year. Everything intensifies with more sharks, tuna, whale sharks, and other pelagics even pilot whales. We will be staying on board the Nautilus Belle Amie. Launched in 2015 she is modern and super spacious. Designed specifically for Socorro she features suites in which you feel that you are staying in a hotel.
