Divemaster (DM)

Challenging Academics, rewarding hands-on internship with dive classes, superior training in dive site management... Assistant Instructor (AI)

As part of the Instructor Development Course (IDC), this program helps you continue on your path as a PADI professional.  As an Assistant Instructor, you can teach academic portions of the PADI courses, independently conduct several other courses and become an EFR, DAN O2, or Equipment Specialist Instructor.  You become a valuable member of the instructional team, earning experience and credit toward the rating of Open Water Scuba Instructor.  Must be a PADI Divemaster or equivalent, have 60 logged dives and be at least 18 years of age.  Contact us today for more information about this exciting program.  Minimum of 4 days required.  You can work as an Assistant Instructor or go immediately into the OWSI portion of the IDC.

Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI)


Taken independently or as part of the IDC, this course is designed to prepare you for the Instructor Examination (IE) and begin your new career as a PADI Instructor.  You will learn how to effectively teach and market your new skills in the dive industry.  Upon successful completion of the IE, you will be able to independently teach the PADI Open Water, Adventures in Diving, Rescue and Divemaster programs.  Must be a PADI Assistant Instructor, equivalent or Instructor in good standing from another organization, have 60 logged dives and be at least 18 years of age.  Minimum of 4 days required.  For complete information on this outstanding program contact us today.

Instructor Development Course (IDC)


This is the complete IDC as a PADI Divemaster or equivalent, you will attend the Assistant Instructor and Open Water Scuba Instructor course in one program.  Several options are available, including a customized private course.  Please contact our Course Director for more information.

Master Scuba Diver Trainer Prep (MSDT)

This MSDT rating will allow you to teach specialties, in addition to the OWSI courses.  You will not only immediately recognize additional revenue but also become more desirable in the Dive Market when looking for employment.  We have designed this course for the current OWSI Instructor and IDC Candidate ( your Specialty Instructor ratings will be issued after successful completion of the IE).  Taking the MSDT Course allows you to earn the Five Specialty Instructor Ratings and only 10 dives in the area of specialty.  More importantly, it gives you invaluable guidance and experience in teaching and marketing PADI specialties.  Contact our Course Director for more information about this course.

Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty Instructor

Digital has taken the underwater photography world by storm. Get in on the action with the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty course. You can quickly and easily capture the underwater world with your camera and on your computer.

The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course may be conducted by PADI Divemasters, Assistant Instructors and Instructors who are certified as PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty Instructors.  To achieve this rating, PADI Divemasters and Assistant Instructors must successfully complete a Specialty Instructor Training Course with a PADI Course Director.

Course Costs:  $180.00 per Specialty (additional materials, fees, and expenses are required and are not included)



Specialty Instructor (SI)

Become an Instructor in one of many PADI Specialties.  Receive the guidance and experience needed to market and teach these courses.  Contact our Course Director for a complete list of specialties available.

Emergency First Response Instructor (EFR) w/Children


Emergency First Response, an innovative and inclusive program with comprehensive instruction in Primary Care (CPR), Secondary Care (first aid) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED), for Adult, Child and Infant.  This new program is international in scope with a unique course structure that allows for instructional flexibility that boasts a complete line of quality instructor and participant materials.  Increase revenue by teaching CPR and First Aid to Divers and Non-Divers alike.  Fulfills the CPR requirement for all PADI Courses.  Pre-requisites: General Public (teachers, public safety personnel, scout leaders)  PADI Divemaster, or higher to enroll.
